The Union of BC Municipalities convention is a yearly event bringing together delegates from cities across BC. It’s an opportunity to understand the issues facing cities as they speak a little more candidly than usual.
The convention took place last week and I thought it would be worth highlighting some of the trends I read from different reports coming from the event.
